Administrative Team

Support the smooth operation of the company by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and assisting staff and clients. Key roles include administrative support, front office coordination, HR assistance, and general office operations.

Office Manager & HR Coordinator

 

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative processes
     
  • Oversee scheduling, correspondence, and office organization
     
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
     
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
     
  • Ensure smooth communication between staff, management, and clients
     
  • Implement office policies and maintain compliance with company standards

Administrative Assistant

 

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
     
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails
     
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
     
  • Maintain organized office files and records
     
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Estimator

 

  • Meet with clients to assess project needs and provide solutions
     
  • Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for landscaping, electrical, decking, irrigation, and hauling projects
     
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle
     
  • Assist with scheduling, project planning, and coordination with field teams
     
  • Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth

Operations Team

Our Operations Team is responsible for delivering high-quality work on-site, supporting projects in electrical, landscaping, decking, irrigation, and hauling. Team members operate equipment, follow safety protocols, and collaborate to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Landscape Tech/Operator

 

  • Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, and other tools)
     
  • Install and maintain lawns, plants, shrubs, and trees
     
  • Assist with irrigation, mulching, and general landscape maintenance
     
  • Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
     
  • Support project teams in delivering high-quality results

Landscaper Helper (Groundskeeper)

 

  • Assist with landscaping installation and maintenance
     
  • Mow, trim, and edge lawns
     
  • Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees
     
  • Water, fertilize, and maintain healthy grounds
     
  • Help keep job sites clean and organized 

Landscaper Apprentice

 

  • Assist with landscaping installation and maintenance
     
  • Learn to plant, trim, and care for lawns, shrubs, and trees
     
  • Help with irrigation, mulching, and general groundskeeping
     
  • Support skilled landscapers on job sites
     
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas

Laborer

  

  • Assist skilled tradespeople on job sites
     
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
     
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
     
  • Support project setup, installation, and cleanup

Electrician

  

 

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
     
  • Run wiring, install lighting, outlets, panels, and other electrical components
     
  • Install conduit for wiring protection and organization
     
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
     
  • Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards
     
  • Maintain organized and safe job sites

Electrician Helper

  

  • Assist electricians with installations, repairs, and troubleshooting
     
  • Run wiring, pull cables, and set up electrical components
     
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
     
  • Learn safety practices and electrical codes on the job
     
  • Support the team to ensure high-quality results. 

Carpenter

 

  • Construct, install, and repair decks, wood structures, and other projects
     
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
     
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
     
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
     
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality results
